Sudbury company to cover tuition for 10 PSWs

Plan A Long Term Care Staffing & Recruitment will cover tuition cost for 10 students interested in taking the PSW program starting in January 2019 at St. Albert Adult Learning Centre. In an effort to help ease the staffing crisis in the long term care sector, these students will have the entire cost of their education covered as well as a guaranteed position at any Plan A franchise upon graduation.

“This is a province-wide crisis,” says Sheri Tomchick, Founder of Plan A Long Term Care Staffing & Recruitment in a news release. “After working as a nurse in long term care and experiencing the staffing shortages first-hand, it became my mission to solve this problem. Our seniors need our help now more than ever.”

Plan A Long Term Care Staffing & Recruitment provides immediate and short-term staffing solutions to the long term care sector. Plan A offers supplemental, casual work to RNs, RPNs and PSWs who are looking to loan their talent and experience to the LTC homes when they are running short.
